No. Physiotherapists are health care professionals, like Doctors and Dentists. This means that you can consult with a Physiotherapist directly, without a Doctor's referral.

Many insurance companies require a referral from a doctor before reimbursing the cost of treatment.

The first appointment for Physiotherapy takes an average of one hour. Your Physiotherapist first makes a record of your medical history with the help of a questionnaire. You then discuss your limitations and goals.

Your Physiotherapist then proceeds to make a complete evaluation of your pain, mobility, and strength.

With this information, your physiotherapist will suggest a treatment plan that might include Physiotherapy interventions, exercises to do at home, training sessions in the gymnasium, and instruction such as postures to avoid or symptoms to watch.

Following the evaluation, your Physiotherapist will make a detailed report of the evaluation results that will be sent to your Doctor. Follow-up appointments should be expected in the weeks following the evaluation to check your progress and make adjustments if necessary.

Massage Therapy is a combination of techniques implemented by manual intervention to reduce pain, relax muscles, reduce stress, and improve blood circulation.

Massage Therapists have knowledge in anatomy and physiology. They can also teach relaxation techniques as well as stress management.

Following the evaluation, we estimate a delay of 3 to 4 weeks for you to receive your orthotics.

Orthotics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This includes a lifetime guarantee against damage with 6 months of coverage.

Yes, we accept private insurance. We can receive direct payments from several insurance companies.

For other companies, you will need to cover the cost at the time of your visit and be reimbursed by your company.
